«Fanfare» Science and marching bands
We created a unique installation in a high profile public space integrating science with art and music for the Montreal Science Center. In the heart of Montreal’s Old Port, a monumental series of coloured arches represented different partitions of a marching band. As people walked through the arches they triggered the sounds of the different instruments, turning them into instant musicians and composers while encouraging interaction with other "musicians" to create the full effect of the marching band.
